A variation about the subject rock. With the print “Adam and Eve“, I remained close to the impression that you get visiting these rocks. With “A Walk in the Woods” I took up some elements of this first print. Using layers and colour I emphazised a different focus.
This print now I connect to the structure of rock, crystalline, sharp broken ridges, but also soft and eroded edges.

Eine Variation zum Thema Felsen. Mit dem Druck “Adam und Eva” bin ich dicht am Eindruck geblieben, den man beim Besuch dieser Felsformation hat. Mit “Waldspaziergang” habe ich Elemente dieses Druckes aufgegriffen und durch Farbe und Überlagerung einen anderen Schwerpunkt geschaffen. Dieser Druck knüpft an die Struktur des Felsens an. Kristallin, scharfe Bruchkanten, aber auch weich abgeschliffene Ecken.
