This lake, Eiswoog, ist surrounded by hills and forrest. I decided to make a big print about it. But it is not possible to make a really big print in my technique Mokuhanga. You can´t handle the wet paper in a precise way. So I will make a print of nine panels, each 40x30cm. This size is easy to handle.
The first step is this watercolor in the size of the print – 120x90cm.
By now, the first 4 prints are ready. I started with the top row, because that the easiest part. The lower part, the reflections in the water with different colors, will be fun later on.
